           Display a Text While Startup of Windows

                       If you would like to display any message

Step 1 : Go to Start> Run, then type in: regedit.

Step 2 : Hit [Enter] on your keyboard.

Step 3 : Follow this path: 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\

Windows 

NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Step 4 : Modify the key LegalNoticeCaption with 

your text of choice.

Step 5 : Modify the key LegalNoticeText with 

your text of choice.

Step 6 : Restart Windows for this to take affect.

Step 7 : Done and enjoy.
